We do not advise closing your VIALET account as it will require you to have new phone number to setup a new account in the future, as well as you will require our help during repeated onboarding.
If you're sure you need to close your account, please write to us from your registered email or contact us in the in-app chat under "Help."
Please note that we are obligated to keep your data for 10 years to comply with license and regulatory requirements, such as the anti-money laundering law.
