If you tapped the button “Confirm email” while registering in our app and nothing happened, your mail service provider may be blocking the link. Nevertheless, the confirmation email was sent to your inbox.
This error can happen if you are using an iOS device or Yahoo mail application on your phone. If this is your case (or if you are experiencing this issue for another reason), please try one of these things:
- Copy the link from the “Confirm email” button in the app (by holding the button for a bit longer) and paste it into your web browser.
- Go to your email inbox from a desktop computer. Open the email from VIALET and confirm your email address.
