If you have forgotten your passcode and cannot log in to the app, please tap “Forgot?” button on the passcode screen. Your passcode key will be reset and you will be asked to verify your phone number and email.

If you want to change your passcode, here’s what you can do:

If you are already logged in, please go to “Settings”, select “Change Passcode”, and follow the instructions on your screen.

Please note:
If passcode was reset via "Forgot" button, you will be asked to complete verification procedure, before you can make transactions or start using your VIALET card.
