In such case, we advise you lock or block your card right away.

In order to do that, go to “Card” section of the app, select “Lock card” and then “Report lost or stolen card” to order a new one. 

If you have no access to the app to block you card, please call this phone number +37160001506 to block it.

Once you will have access to the app, you will be able to order a replacement card.
