If such situation occurs, an ATM will not return the captured card for security reasons. 

You will need to block your card right away and order a replacement by tapping on 'Report lost or stolen' in the “Card” section of the app.

Unfortunately, such incidents are out of our control.
We won’t be able to provide information on why your card was taken; to acquire such information, we would suggest contacting the ATM company directly if there is such need.
